Terms of Service

Welcome to Maison Voyageur. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Maison Voyageur travel planning platform and associated services (the “Platform”) operated by Tygart Nexus LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Platform.

1. Controlled Beta and Platform Status

Maison Voyageur is currently in a controlled beta release. You acknowledge that some workflows, tools, or integrations may be under active development and require administrator assistance.

• Certain automated features, including direct booking sync, real-time messaging, and self-serve Stripe billing, may be simulated, gated, or require manual validation.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Platform access or specific features at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use the Platform as a travel advisor or client, you must create a secure account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration info.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passkeys or password codes, and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Appropriate Use and Content

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Upload or distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Store or transmit sensitive financial credentials or raw payment cards directly in unencrypted fields (all payments must flow through Stripe SDK boundaries).
• Interfere with, bypass, or disable any security-related features, API rate limits, or access controls.

4. Sensitive Client Information

Advisors must treat all client profile details and “discretion notes” as highly confidential information. Discretion notes and private advisor observations must not be exposed to clients or third parties, and should only be managed within the authorized administrative shell.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, design layouts, styling systems (including tokens, logos, and custom graphics), and source code are and will remain the exclusive property of Tygart Nexus LLC. Our trademarks, trade dress, and brand assets may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tygart Nexus LLC, its officers, employees, or agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party or service provider connected to the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. SMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in to Maison Voyageur SMS messages, you agree to receive service-oriented text messages from Maison Voyageur / Tygart Nexus LLC about beta access, demo coordination, support conversations, appointment reminders, account notices, and operational follow-up related to your request or account.

• Message frequency varies based on your request, support case, appointment, or account activity.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@maisonvoyageur.com.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.
• Maison Voyageur SMS is not used to confirm live bookings, reservations, payments, cancellations, or refunds unless those capabilities are separately verified and approved.
