User Data Deletion Instructions

Maison Voyageur is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your personal data. This page provides step-by-step instructions on how to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data from our systems.

How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Maison Voyageur account, itineraries, and all associated personal data, you may submit a request directly:

1. Send an email from your registered account address to support@maisonvoyageur.com.
2. Use the subject line: “Request for Data Deletion - [Your Account Email]”.
3. Once received, our support team will verify your identity. After successful verification, we will permanently purge your account records, user profile details, and active travel itineraries within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by legal or security obligations (such as payment records).

Removing Connected Facebook or Social Accounts

If you signed in using Facebook Login and want to disconnect the application and request deletion of any shared profile data:

1. Go to your Facebook Profile's “Settings & Privacy” > “Settings”.
2. In the left-hand menu, navigate to “Apps and Websites”.
3. Search for and select “Maison Voyageur”.
4. Click the “Remove” button.
5. To request deletion of any data shared during your login session, you can click the “Send Request” option under the “Removed Apps and Websites” list or email us directly at support@maisonvoyageur.com.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon completing your deletion request, the following records will be permanently removed or anonymized:

• Your advisor or client profile credentials (email, name, password hash).
• Auth tokens and connected metadata from third-party login providers.
• Trip plans, requests, and shared itinerary proposals created by you.
• Public share comments and feedback interactions.

Please note: Historical audit and security logs (excluding personal content), along with tax or billing transaction receipts, will be retained in accordance with our compliance and accounting guidelines.
